一、通过router-link跳转新页面

target="_blank"是通过新的页面打开
path:’/editReport’ 是指跳转到路由配置的这个页面路径下
query:{ids: ‘’, bgnr: ‘lsfw-’+scope.row.fileUrl.split(‘lsfw/’)[1]}}" query是跳转带入的参数

二、通过按钮事件跳转新页面
