JAVA报错：LoggerFactory is not a Logback LoggerContext but Logback is on the classpath.

背景

搞了好长时间，到网上找到了一摸一样的报错信息，但是都不管用，顺便总结一下，填坑。
项目技术：springboot,dubbo,zookeeper
