Description

返回有关远程端是否处于可以创建新会话的状态的信息，并且还可以包含特定于实现的任意元信息。
就绪状态由主体的ready属性表示，如果在当前时间尝试创建会话失败，则该属性为false。但是，值true并不保证新的会话命令会成功。
实现可以选择性地包括附加的元信息作为主体的一部分，但是顶级属性ready和message是保留的，不能被覆盖。
