第一次执行react-native run-android报错：

原因分析：缺少Build-Tools 29.0.2，Platform 29

提示缺少下面的android sdk：

解决方案：去自己的安装目录打开SDK Manager安装相应文件

点选提示缺少的两项，再点击安装，之后会提示接受许可，关闭SDK Manager，现在就能正常运行react-native run-android了。
