题目：
给定一棵二叉树的根节点 root ，请找出该二叉树中每一层的最大值。

思路：

1、层序遍历：找出树的层数，每层内元素比较。

2、对每个元素进行从左到右，从上到下遍历。

3、比较并储存每层最大元素。
