【爬坑】torch_scatter安装踩坑实录及解决方法

问题

解决方法

试了其他很多种方法都不行 /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~
还是老老实实下载了生成工具。

刚开始只勾了这个，一直报错

 fatal error C1083:  无法打开包括文件: “assert.h”: No such file or directory
      error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\2022\\BuildTools\\VC\\Tools\\MSVC\\14.39.33519\\bin\\HostX86\\x64\\cl.exe' failed with exit code 2

然后重新把“使用c++的桌面开发”也勾选上
