解决办法

MariaDB [(none)]> reset master; #进行重置

再执行下面即可成功

MariaDB [(none)]> stop slave; #关闭从服务器复制功能
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.00 sec)

MariaDB [(none)]> change master to master_host='192.168.194.130',master_user='tom',master_password='123',master_log_file='mysql-bin.000001',master_log_pos=482; #做和主同步的操作
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.03 sec)

MariaDB [(none)]> start slave; #开启从服务器复制功能
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
