datetimepicker不能正常使用的问题

在改bug 的时候遇到了一个测试提的关于datetimepicker插件的问题，上个项目自己还在使用这个插件就没有遇到不能使用的情况。因为要改的项目之前自己没有参与编写过，就打开代码翻，怎么看都没有找到什么原因。不过最终还是找到原因了。话不多说，上代码

总结：使用方法要放到 mounted() 生命周期中
