报错：

解决：

以管理员方式启动 windows powershell

使用

Get-ExecutionPolicy -List

获取执行策略信息

使用

Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

为CurrentUser更改为有效执行策略后，就可以运行 nrm ls 命令了
