Spring boot 新建项目pom.xml文件报错 Failure to transfer org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin

• 可尝试以下方法解决：
  1.配置阿里maven私有仓库服务,更改maven安装文件夹的conf文件夹下的 settings.xml文件配置如下

2.检查本地仓库是否下载对应版本时出现.lastupdate文件，将其删除，若文件过多，可尝试搜索此.lastupdate为后缀名的文件，批量删除，更新项目后，会自动重新下载
