[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:3.2.0:

网上查了很多办法都不行，最后发现是需要配置资源拷贝插件。
我的所有配置文件都放在了resources里面，如果你把配置文件放在了java目录可以自己额外在配置一下。
```
    <build>
        <resources>
            <resource>
                <directory>src/main/resources</directory>
                <includes>
                    <include>**/*.properties</include>
                    <include>**/*.yml</include>
                    <include>**/*.xml</include>
                    <include>**/*.conf</include>
                </includes>
            </resource>
        </resources>
    </build>
```
