基于SSM的体检信息管理系统

摘要

在我国经济高速发展的今天，孩子们有了自己愿意久居的地方，父母却选择留在生活了几十年的老家，这样一来就导致了孩子没有与父母共同居住。父母们老年生活他们不仅要面对身体衰老带来的诸多不便，还要面对来自生命与精神上的孤独寂寞。为了让老人的养老生活和健康得到保障，为了老人的资金财产安全，更为了让老人们的晚年不再孤独，智慧健康养老医疗服务平台管理系统顺应而生[1]。

本篇文章通过阅读了不少关于智慧健康养老的相关书籍还有大量的学术期刊，提出了集管理者，护理员，老人亲属于一体的管理系统。是基于SpringBoot开发的系统，运用了SpringMVC、MyBatis框架。系统一共分为六个功能模块：账号管理、健康管理、生活管理、入住管理、安全管理、收费标准。通过系统的测试，智慧健康养老医疗服务平台的管理系统实现了系统预先设定的目标。相对于传统的养老方式，本系统满足了老年人对养老的独立性、安全性、健康性、生活性的要求，实现了智慧健康养老医疗服务平台的最大效能，让老年人得到照顾，得到关心[2]。

Abstract

Today, with the rapid development of China's economy, children have a place where they are willing to live for a long time, but their parents choose to stay in their hometown where they have lived for decades, which has led to children not living with their parents. Parents live in old age, they not only have to face the many inconveniences caused by physical aging, but also face the loneliness from life and spirit. In order to ensure the old-age life and health of the elderly, for the safety of the elderly's capital and property, and in order to make the elderly no longer lonely in their old age, the intelligent health and old-age medical service platform management system is born.

This article through reading a lot of books on smart health care and a large number of academic journals, put forward a set of managers, caregivers, the elderly belong to one of the management system. It is a system developed on SpringBoot, using SpringMVC and MyBatis frameworks. The system is divided into six functional modules: account management, health management, life management, occupancy management, security management, and charging standards. Through the testing of the system, the management system of the smart health care platform has achieved the goals set in advance by the system. Compared with the traditional way of providing for the elderly, the system meets the requirements of the elderly for the independence, safety, health and life of the elderly, and realizes the maximum efficiency of the smart health care medical service platform, so that the elderly can be cared for and cared for.

第一章 前言

据国家统计局数据，截至到了2021年的年底，60岁以上的人口数量比重达到了18.9%，大约是26736万，而65岁以上的老人是200560,000，占人口比重14.2%。与2020年相比，60岁以上人群增加了329万，65岁以上的人群增加了992万。与2020年相比较，60岁以上老年人和65岁以上老年人的比率分别增长了0.7个百分点和0.7个百分点[3]。

根据全国第七次人口普查中的我们国家人口年龄构成，预计在今后一段时间内，我国劳动人口的人数和比例将会继续保持以前的下滑状态趋势。劳动年龄人口的数量虽然有所下降，但是，它的人口总数量依然占的比重十分庞大，而且劳动力资源非常地丰富。在我国人口老龄化问题日益严重的今天，上世纪八十年代初我国开始实施计划生育以来到现在，那一代的独生子女已经成为我国经济发展的主要力量，而老年人的养老问题却是最为突出的[4]。近段时间以来，出台了由国家卫生健康委联合其他15个部委共同发布的《"十四五"健康老龄化规划》文件。该文件指出，应注重持续服务，提高养老服务质量，建立健全居家、社区、机构相协调的养老机构，强化养老机构，提高养老服务质量。为未来智慧健康养老的发展提供了有力保障[5]。 

1.1 研究背景

二十一世纪的今天，许多人想要朝九晚五也想要浪迹天涯，出生地已经满足不了大多数人追求理想生活的心了，他们开始去往远方。年轻的人儿去追梦了，越飞越高，一时半会飞不回来，昔日的人却老了，年迈的独居老人越来越多。由于受到时空的制约，传统的孩子在家赡养父母的养老方式已经没有办法来满足新时代的多样化养老服务需求。老人想要养老却不想要麻烦孩子，孩子想要照顾老人却不想回家。智慧健康养老医疗服务平台有和传统的养老服务模式有很大的不同，它打破了以往传统养老的种种限制条件，孩子们可以随时随地登录系统查看父母的健康、饮食、娱乐等情况，还充分地调动了社会上的可利用资源来参与智慧健康养老医疗服务平台的构建[6]。
