自定义注解

• 元注解（以@Target({ElementType.TYPE})为例看一下源码）
  所有的注解的底层都是元注解
  @Retention(RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME)注解的保留策略
  @Documented注解包含在javadoc文档中
  @Inherited注解可以被继承
