一、项目概述
本项目是一个基于Java语言的党员管理系统，采用SSM（Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis）框架和JSP（Java Server Pages）技术进行开发。系统主要分为三种角色：管理员、支部和党员，不同角色有不同的功能和权限。
二、项目需求
1、管理员角色功能
党员管理：对党员信息进行添加、修改、删除和查询等操作。
支部管理：对支部信息进行添加、修改、删除和查询等操作。
支部日志：查看支部的日志信息，包括党员的活动记录等。
公告管理：发布、修改和删除公告信息，同时可以对公告进行分类管理。
管理员管理：对管理员信息进行添加、修改、删除和查询等操作。
2、支部角色功能
党员管理：对支部下的党员信息进行添加、修改、删除和查询等操作。
支部管理：对支部信息进行修改和查询等操作。
支部日志：记录支部的活动信息，包括党员参与情况等。
公告信息：查看管理员发布的公告信息。
支部登录：支部成员登录系统的入口。
3、党员角色功能
党费缴纳：在线缴纳党费，记录缴纳情况。
奖惩记录：记录党员的奖惩情况，包括获奖信息和违规违纪行为等。
公告信息：查看管理员发布的公告信息。

三、技术实现
采用Spring框架实现系统的业务逻辑层，负责管理系统的业务逻辑和数据交互。
采用SpringMVC框架实现系统的表现层，负责处理用户请求和返回响应结果。
采用MyBatis框架实现系统的数据访问层，负责与数据库进行交互，完成数据的增删改查操作。
采用JSP技术实现系统的页面展示，负责展示系统的功能和数据。
数据库采用MySQL或Oracle等关系型数据库，存储系统的数据和日志信息。
系统采用B/S架构，可以在浏览器上运行，同时支持多平台和多浏览器访问。
系统采用MVC设计模式，将业务逻辑、数据访问和页面展示分离，提高系统的可维护性和扩展性。
系统采用SSL协议进行加密传输，保障数据的安全性。
系统采用多角色权限控制机制，不同角色有不同的功能和权限，保障系统的安全性。
系统采用日志记录机制，记录系统的操作日志和异常日志，方便排查问题和追踪溯源。

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理党员。其页面见下图。管理员查看党员的转正时间，文化程度，工作职务等信息，可以新增党员，查询党员。
