android 实现页面顶部底部固定中间自适应

   应用主界面基本上都是上边一个bar下面一个导航栏，然后中间自适应屏幕。那么这个采用什么布局 如何实现呢，刚开始我也在想用什么布局好，为此还梳理了一下安卓七大布局，感兴趣的可以翻一下我前面博客有专门介绍，最终采用线性布局  上面一个textview 中间一张图片权重设为1（对权重理解不透彻的可以看我上边博客专门有傻瓜式计算公式）下面一个include
