 打开这个文件（之前加过了镜像不知道为什么用不了了）

可以激活新环境了

python -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip

但是还是怎么都安装不成功

 我试了pip、pip3、conda都不行，后来研究最后的warning发现采用

pip install torch torchvision torchaudio -i http://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

 终于不报错了 感谢大佬们↓
