Vector

Vector和ArrayList差不多，不同的是Vector是线程安全的，其对结构的很多操作方法都用到了synchronized关键字，例如add()，removeElement()，removeAllElements()等

与ArrayList相比，其扩容方式也不一样，首先初始化的时候，可以指定容量，默认为10

     * with its capacity increment equal to zero.
     *
     * @param   initialCapacity   the initial capacity of the vector
     * @throws IllegalArgumentException if the specified initial capacity
     *         is negative
     */
    public Vector(int initialCapacity) {
        this(initialCapacity, 0);
    }

如果指定了容量，后面扩容会根据这个指定的容量扩容；否则则会扩容为自身的两倍

     */
