1）我们在Linux中创建amdin用户

mysql> Create user 'admin'@'%' identified by 'Wing1Q2W#E'; 
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> grant all on *.* to 'admin'@'%';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

说明：

‘admin’@‘%’ 表示用户名admin %代表任何主机都可以连接到数据库
grant all on *.* to ‘admin’@‘%’ 授予admin用户所有数据库（*.*表示所有数据库和所有表）的所有权限
- 这包括数据的增删改查（CRUD）操作，以及创建、删除、修改数据库和表结构等权限
flush privileges 重新加载MySQL的权限表

2）在window在中远程连接Linux中的MySQL服务端
这里我们使用window中的MySQL客户端去远程连接Linux中的MySQL服务端

C:\Users\没事我很好>mysql -uadmin -h192.168.188.150 -p
