SSM项目 运行tomcat 报错 HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet dispatcherServlet threw exception

这是我SSM项目报错。经过检查后，依赖，web.xml，mvc.xml ，来源于复制粘贴不存在错误。

错误根源在于 applicationContext.xml 文件

错误的 applicationContext.xml 文件

 ！！！原因在于 db.properties 文件的配置 

我写的（错误）

 <context:property-placeholder location="db.properties"/>

正确的 db.properties 文件配置

  <context:property-placeholder location="classpath:db.properties"/>

就因为缺少了这个 "classpath:" 的前缀，导致了这个报错
