Description
• The EV24C32A is a high-performance serial electrically erasable and programmable
read-only memory (EEPROM) developed by EVASH. It provides a storage capacity of
32768 bits, organized into 4096 bytes.
• This device has been optimized by EVASH for various industrial and commercial
applications, particularly in environments where low-power and low-voltage operation
are crucial.
• In addition to its standard storage capabilities, the EV24C32A features an extra
Identification Page (32 bytes), which can securely store sensitive application parameters.
These parameters can be permanently locked in read-only mode for enhanced data
security and reliability.

• Compatible with all I²C bidirectional data transfer protocol.

• 32 Kbits (4Kbytes) of EEPROM.
• Page size: 32 bytes.
• Additional write-lockable page.
• Operates on a single supply voltage and high speed:
• Voltage range: 1.7V-5.5V.
• Maximum frequency: 1MHz.

• Byte write within 3 ms.
• Page write within 3 ms with partial page writes allowed.
• Features a write protect pin for hardware data protection.
• Equipped with Schmitt trigger and filtered inputs for noise suppression.

• Endurance: 1 million write cycles.
• Data retention: 100 years.
• Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection, withstanding up to HBM 8000V.
