win10 下python pip 安装 numba（llvmlite)和torch

pip install numba

或者

python -m pip install --upgrade --no-deps --force-reinstall git+https://github.com/numba/numba.git

pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118

安装时容易报错，比如这样的错语

  ERROR: Failed building wheel for llvmlite
Failed to build llvmlite
ERROR: Could not build wheels for llvmlite, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

装上面这些东东， 只是为了把py的脚本转为win下可执行的exe文件

没想到windows 10 下的python依赖关系堪比LFS,  远比arch麻烦，  更没法和ubuntu 的deb系比， 但总算搞定了，有图为证， 记录一下， 方便日后查询
