这个报错是在运行jupyter notebook的时候报出来的，回答者重装pyzmq这个库之后就修复了这个报错。

执行下面的命令，删除zmq

pip uninstall pyzmq

然后再安装回来

pip install pyzmq

然后jupyter notebook 就可以正常运行了。

For reference, I got this error when trying to run the “jupyter notebook” command, but it started after I interrupted the kernel with cntl+c. Reinstalling pyzmq fixed it for me
