解决安装Tensorflow时的setup-tool错误

在执行安装Tensorflow安装命令的过程中：

$ export TF_BINARY_URL=https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/gpu/tensorflow-0.9.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl

发生了：

Cannot remove entries from nonexistent file /usr/local/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/easy-install.pth

通过执行：

$ pip install --ignore-installed setuptools

成功修复setup-tool问题。
然后再次执行安装

$ pip install --upgrade $TF_BINARY_URL

成功安装：

Collecting tensorflow==0.9.0 from https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/gpu/tensorflow-0.9.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl
  Using cached https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/gpu/tensorflow-0.9.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl
Requirement already up-to-date: numpy>=1.8.2 in /mnt/data3/shaowen/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages (from tensorflow==0.9.0)
Requirement already up-to-date: six>=1.10.0 in /mnt/data3/shaowen/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages (from tensorflow==0.9.0)
Requirement already up-to-date: protobuf==3.0.0b2 in /mnt/data3/shaowen/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages (from tensorflow==0.9.0)
Requirement already up-to-date: wheel in /mnt/data3/shaowen/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages (from tensorflow==0.9.0)
Requirement already up-to-date: setuptools in /mnt/data3/shaowen/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages (from protobuf==3.0.0b2->tensorflow==0.9.0)
Installing collected packages: tensorflow
  Found existing installation: tensorflow 0.9.0
    Uninstalling tensorflow-0.9.0:
