关于maven的 Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins错误解决方案

一般eclipse 4之后的版本都会有maven插件这时我们就不用再下载Maven插件了，但当运行maven的Pom.xml文件时会出现下列错误：

解决办法：

windows-->preferences-->java-->Installed JREs

点击Edit 在default VM arguments:里面添加-Dmaven.multiModuleProjectDirectory=$M2_HOME即可（M2_HOME是指配置maven时的目录）:

然后点击finish问题就解决了
