在MAC下，使用CoreShell时，使用lrzsz命令，上传文件的方法.

在安装完CoreShell后，需要在Mac下执行以下的命令:

1. 将以下内容保存为" ~/.bashrc_Core_Shell "

3. 重新启动CoreShell
