我写的：

SELECT DISTINCT CITY

WHERE CITY  REGEXP '^[^aeiou].*[^aeiou]$';

错误解析：要求输出不要元音开头或不要元音结尾的城市。我写的是输出不以元音开头且不以元音结尾的城市。
