启动jupyter报错`Exception: Jupyter command `jupyter-notebook` not found.`

执行启动jupyter的命令

jupyter notebook --ip=0.0.0.0 --no-browser --allow-root

产生如下错误，提示spider环境下无法找到jupyter-notebook

解决方案

• 重装jupyter notebook
• pip install jupyter notebook
