springboot项目打成可依赖jar包后无法通过java -jar启动

1. 默认创建的springboot项目install到本地打成jar包时，其他的项目通过import无法引用到，需要添加

<configuration>
	<includeSystemScope>true</includeSystemScope>
	<skip>true</skip>
</configuration>

2. 添加后发现，package打成的jar包，通过java -jar找不到启动入口了，所以貌似只能二选一了，看情况使用吧

分析了jar包发现，添加后，打包没有了springboot load相关的包（这是springboot启动入口）
