英语邮件格式范文

一、前言

在工作中，我们与老外经常用电子邮件交流，所以学会写英语邮件就很重要，我们不能把我们想说的内容简单用百度翻译后直接贴在邮件里发给对方。我们要按照场景，遵守相对固定的格式，使用礼貌的问候用语，体现出我们自己的职业素养，否则你和客户发邮件，上来就是Hi, Jack，这个就有点不正式了。

二、邮件格式

这里我说的是工作中的电子邮件，如果是英语考试中让写一封手写邮件，格式会有些出入。

1 收件人和标题

以OutLook为例子，

• To是写这封邮件的主要收件人，如果是多个收件人，且他们的重要性或者职级有差别，则把最重要的人放前面。
• Cc放一些抄送人，他们不一定回复邮件，让他们知晓这件事就可以了，如果他们比较关注会自己回复。
• Subject邮件标题，要简单突出重点，让人一下子知道邮件主题，不要写冗长的标题。

2 邮件内容
