Job Title: Program Lead/Manager
Department: GTSC Business Operations Group
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

•	Responsible for WW customer service and support (CSS) project implementation in Great China Region Global Technical Support Center (GCR GTSC).
•	Understand and prioritize WW CSS strategy and GCR business requirement, identify and analyze GCR GTSC projects as outlined by internal and external business owners.
•	Responsible for project scope, quality, time and costs management as project owner, drive project initiate, plan, execute, control and close phases in cross-functional environment.
•	Ensure project deliverables and documentation of each assigned project are completed within required timeframes, such as project charter, cost forecasts, communication plan and post summary etc.
•	Define GCR GTSC project management service framework and provide professional PM service to business partners to help them achieve specific business objectives.

Qualifications:

•	Bachelor's degree or above in business or related field, MBA preferred.
•	3+ years of demonstrated project/program management or related working experience, PMP preferred.
•	Fluent spoken and written English.
•	Call center/customer service industry experience preferred.
•	Working experience in a global corporate/subsidiary environment preferred.
