Atom: 安装版本过旧，会导致很多问题

说多了都是泪，最近Julia要升0.6，我折腾把0.5升了0.6，结果很多库安装不成功，于是换Atom也重装了一下。结果悲剧了N天：

Rust: 基本罢工
Cargo 的库一直装不上；Racer也装不上，Rust基本上没法用了。

Julia:基本罢工

ink,经常装不上
等把julia-client, julia-language等装好后发现：

“Failed to load the julia-client package ”。

最后，在Atom官网重新下载，进行更新安装，于是相关问题解决。
