iOS 下拉系统通知栏和上拉工具栏弹出时监听

iOS 在系统通知和工具栏弹出时，可以通过UIApplicationWillResignActiveNotification来监听：

                                             selector:@selector(BecomeActive)

                                                 name:UIApplicationWillResignActiveNotification

                                               object:nil];

 

在此说明：（Controller实现下面方法下拉出现通知栏不会立马出现，先出现下拉按钮，在此下拉出现通知栏）
