由tr命令想到的

2月22号我一个人去看了霍比特人2，里面的半兽人、精灵都有自己的语言，我当时想：J. R. R. Tolkien是怎样“创造出”这些新的语言的呢？

《Linux shell 脚本攻略》讲tr命令时，提到了ROT13这样一个加密函数：
