这个单词有些难度，但是结合图表可以猜测出来是扶贫相关。

仍然采用标准的八股三段论

第一段：简要的描述图表，这里不用描述所有数据，只用描述2012年和2020年。然后直接说结论：

It can be seen that China has made great achievement in poverty alleviation.

第二段：解释为什么扶贫取得了巨大成就

1. 第一点当然是经济飞速发展。

It is beyond all doubt that the achievement are attribute to China's rapid economic development in these year.

2. 第二点是政府对经济增长的支持

And more importantly, the poor have enjoyed the great benefit of the economic growth due to the strong support from our goverment. 

3. 第三点是对贫困地区的支持。

In addition, our country has attrached great importance to infrastructure establishment in poor ares.

第三段：总结

To conclude...

we have every reason to believe that our people will lead a richer and better life, and our great country will become more thriving and prosperous.
