Spring练习环境搭建之创建配置文件（web.xml,applicationContext.xml、spring-mvc.xml、jdbc.properties、log4j.properties）

web.xml配置*

1.首先是配置监听器 springmvc中的监听器

这里可以看我另外一篇专门写ServletContextListener监听器的文章

2.然后是全局初始化参数，有了这个就可以和spring容器相连接

3，配置springmvc前端控制器
