Android8.1系统修改Chrome浏览器默认网址

项目中经常会遇到客户要求打开chrome浏览器默认进他们的官网，修改方法如下：

1. 在packages\providers\PartnerBookmarksProvider\src\com\android\providers\partnerbookmarks目录添加PartnerHomepageProviderExample.java文件，并修改文件中HOMEPAGE_URI变量为你自己想设置的网址，java文件内容如下：

2.  在AndroidManifest.xml清单文件中注册内容提供者，也就是注册PartnerHomepageProviderExample.java这个组件，清单文件内容如下：
