报错内容：

The archiving task stopped processing the following mailbox. Search folders are needed in the mailbox to enable the archiving task to process the large number of items in the folder indicated. Use the SearchFolderManager tool to create the mailbox search folders for the archiving task to use. The archiving task will process this mailbox on the next scheduled archiving run.

问题原因：

如果一个邮箱在单个文件夹中包含大量项目，则邮箱归档性能可能会大大降低。默认情况下，对于单个文件夹超过4W的邮箱，Enterprise Vault 12.0.1及以后版本在进行归档时，会在事件查看器-“应用程序和服务日志”-Veritas Enterprise Vault中记录ID为3492的事件。此行为是为了应对Exchange环境中出现的不良性能和Outlook连接问题。

解决方案：

方案一：
修改EV系统注册表，提高单个邮箱文件夹的归档邮件数量（默认4W，建议不超过30W。如果没有该注册表值，则新建一个，类型为DWORD）

方案二：
以Vault Service帐户身份运行“命令提示符”，运行SearchFolderManager.exe工具。语法为：
Veritas Enterprise Vault Installation Folder\SearchFolderManager.exe “Mailbox DN”
请注意，必须使用引号，因为邮箱DN包含空格。

PS：从3492事件中获取邮箱的邮箱DN。使用诸如ADSIEdit之类的工具获取Active Directory中用户的legacyExchangeDN属性。

方案三：
使用RunSearchFolderManagerForAllMailboxesWith3492Events.ps1脚本，用于为服务器3492事件中列出的所有邮箱自动运行SearchFolderManager.exe。

脚本的-StartDate和-EndDate参数可用于限制将运行SearchFolderManager.exe的事件日志条目的日期范围。
