解决方法

有些博客写的

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/pytorch/

问题就出在这个https，改为http，也就是不加's'，就好了。具体如下：

执行conda config --remove-key channels，删除添加的源，重新执行

conda config --add channels http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/pytorch/

问题2

pytorch、cudatoolkit、torchvision包下载速度缓慢，

添加pytorch源，删除语句'-c pytorch'参考如下：
