system paging file. You may increase the size of the system paging file.
Sometimes a reboot will defragment the system paging file sufficiently for
this operation to complete successfully.

原本以为是内存不足导致的Redis启动不起来，后来在配置文件中增加了内存，但是还是会挂掉。后来发现问题出在Windows系统虚拟内存的分页上……

解决办法：

计算机->高级系统设置->高级->性能设置->高级->虚拟内存更改->选择Redis所在的盘自定义大小设置，完了重启Redis服务就好了。
