jdk从1.7升级到1.8之后启动出错解决

解决办法：

    到eclipse目录下（如：D:\eclipse\plugins）的plugins目录下找到org.eclipse.osgi_3.9.1.v20140110-1610.jar文件，然后删除。重新启动eclipse启动成功。
