记录一个真实项目的开发历程(2)--移植操作系统(freertos) for debug

计划使用LPTIM1作为整个项目的滴答时钟,用于HAL库的计时以及低功耗模式下的ticks补偿, 因为该定时器可以在stop2模式下计数, 时钟源直接采用外部LF(32.768KHz), 而systick直接被freertos使用
