springboot全局日期格式转换:前端字符串转为Date，后端Date转为json字符串

错误原因是前端传入的字符串不能直接转为Date类型。

1.后端接收前端string类型的日期字符串。

把这个转换类添加到WebMvcConfigurationSupport。 

2.后端查询的json数据包含日期，需要转换格式。

接口查询后端的返回的json数据，Date类型被自动转为long型：

转为我们需要的yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss格式，重新实现了WebMvcConfigurationSupport这个类之后，静态资源路径啥的会失效，swagger不能访问，出现404，需要配置静态资源路径。
