竖形TabHost详解

 近来在做智能电视的项目，所以用到了横屏的风格..

直接进入主题吧，我想得到是这种效果

 

跟EOE这篇贴子有实现的方法有点不同，http://www.eoeandroid.com/thread-99669-1-1.html 

我主用是结合了我们常用的方法tabhost+radiogroup，只是改了一点布局而已。
