再探 __ctype_b_loc

在使用 isupper('A') 等函数时，反汇编中永远不会看到它们在汇编代码中被调用，因为这些函数被定义为宏。虽看不到 isupper 等函数，但都会统一反汇编成 __ctype_b_loc 。

函数返回一个 const unsigned short int** ，它是一个指向384个 unsigned short int* 的数组的指针，其中每个元素包含一个 ASCII 字符的特征。
