swagger sprigboot2.6.x 版本结合

原由：项目是基于springboot 2.6.1 版本搭建的，需要对外提供接口，便于维护，使用swagger对文档进行管理

问题：springboot2.6.0以上版本与swagger 3.0.0版本结合，与低版本配置存在不同，在此做记录。

说明：基于springboot2.6.1+swagger 3.0.0，默认访问端口8080，web项目，以下只记录与swagger有关配置，其他不赘述

配置：

1：引入jar
