2）、编写国际化配置文件

主配置文件中添加

spring.messages.basename=i19n.login

3）、使用ResourceBundleMessageSource管理国际化资源文件

SpringBoot自动配置好了管理国际化资源文件的组件(默认根据请求头确认语言和区域)
