phpstudy 碰到APACHE无法重启，重启后本地无法浏览问题的解决

1：PHP重启：

  到目录：D:\phpStudy\Apache\bin

找到 ApacheMonitor.exe 去配合图标重启

2：本地加了新网站无法访问：

VHOST-CONF文件抬头：删除listen xxxxxxxx   [因为如果你手工新增了对应端口，形成过这个文件，多了那几个LISTEN就会出错]

比如抬头就应该是这个：

<VirtualHost *:9001>
    DocumentRoot "D:\www\xmcar"
    ServerName xmcar
    ServerAlias xmcar
  <Directory "D:\www\xmcar">
      Options FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
      AllowOverride All
      Order allow,deny
      Allow from all
      Require all granted
  </Directory>
</VirtualHost>
