使用阿里云公共代理库作为Maven仓库

因maven中央仓库处于国外，在国内的访问速度不是特别友好。时而下个依赖会耗费较长时间，当然依赖少的时候，速度也还可以接受~然而那不能接受的时间，就让人有些伤头皮了。这里选择阿里云公共代理库作为Maven仓库，取代中央仓库。
