vcpkg安装freeglut（起因：#include ＜GL/glut.h＞无法识别）

1. 下载vcpkg

     https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg

2. 下载后解压，解压后路径，如：G:\software\vcpkg\vcpkg-master

   （自己决定解压后路径，与后续添加环境变量相关）

     其中包含vcpkg.exe文件，把 G:\software\vcpkg\vcpkg-master添加到系统环境变量

3. Win＋Ｒ快捷键打开【运行】，输入cmd，敲回车打开dos窗口

     运行 vcpkg install freeglut

     提示Error:in triplet x86-windows: Unable to find a valid Visual Studio instance The following VS instances were excluded because the English language pack is unavailable:： 

     打开最初安装Visual Studio用的安装包“vs_installer.exe”。若没有，官网重下一个

   （vs_installer.exe所在路径，如：C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer）

     点击修改，勾选英语，并点击修改
