Abstract: Deep learning approaches have recently shown great promise in accelerating magnetic resonance image (MRI) acquisition. The majority of existing work have focused on designing better reconstruction models given a pre-determined acquisition trajectory, ignoring the question of trajectory optimization. In this paper, we focus on learning acquisition trajectories given a fixed image reconstruction model. We formulate the problem as a sequential decision process and propose the use of reinforcement learning to solve it. Experiments on a large scale public MRI dataset of knees show that our proposed models significantly outperform the state-of-the-art in active MRI acquisition, over a large range of acceleration factors. - 43个视频列表RAD229 - Spring Quarter 2020

fft, ifft, fftshift,ifftshift
fftshift — rearranges the fft output, moving the zero frequency to the center of the spectrum
When the size of a vector (or of a dimension>1) is even, fftshift() and ifftshift() are equivalent. It is no longer the case when a size is odd:
numpy.fft模块中的fftshift函数可以将FFT输出中的直流分量移动到频谱的中央。ifftshift函数则是其逆操作。
